Key Responsibilities

· Proactively identify and pursue new residential and light commercial HVAC sales opportunities

· Conduct in-home or on-site consultations and present HVAC solutions tailored to customer needs

· Provide quotes, explain product features, and close deals on the spot

· Maintain strong follow-up habits with prospects, existing customers, and referrals in order to create life-long customers

· Coordinate with operations and installation teams for seamless project execution

· Establish a memorable experience for prospective clients at golf tournaments, wine walks, and other events

· Represent the company with professionalism, honesty, and confidence

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Minimum 3 years of outside HVAC sales experience (residential and/or light commercial)

· Strong understanding of HVAC systems, installations, and terminology

· Proven ability to meet or exceed monthly sales quotas

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

· Superior follow up

· Valued team player with all departments

· Valid Texas driver’s license and clean driving record

· Self-motivated, reliable, and coachable

Preferred Skills

· Prior use of CRM systems, specifically Service Titan

· Familiarity with Houston/Galveston metro and surrounding suburbs

· Ability to read and interpret HVAC system schematics or blueprints

· EPA certification or HVAC technician background (a plus, not required)

· Bilingual (Spanish-English) a strong asset

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $50,000 – $80,000 annually (based on experience) Commission: Lucrative, negotiable structure (uncapped earnings)
